all 15 yr olds are not created equal!

so I had a 15 year old coming today. I thought he would just be an easy 1B and it would be a nice day. No!! his tissues were the most swollen I have ever seen on the lower anteriors and he had black calculus on all sufaces of most teeth. I had to end up getting him numb. I hate when I have to give an injection when I wan't plannign on it because it makes me all nervous and flustered. one day I will be able to give a good solid injection... hopefully before WREB :S
